1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are only applicable for courses that have not been significantly used or completed. If over 25% of the course content has been accessed, refunds may not be granted.
- Certain promotional or discounted courses may not be eligible for refunds. Please review any specific terms related to special offers before purchase.

- Course Materials and Digital Downloads: Any separate course materials or digital products that were downloaded or accessed are non-refundable.
- Courses Purchased as Part of a Bundle: If you’ve purchased courses as part of a bundle, refunds may only apply to the full bundle and not individual courses.
