Brainstorming executive legacy

Someone asked me why I only coach executives… and I laughed – because that’s half the story.

It’s a fair question.

When it comes to legacy-worthy stories – the kind that outlive trends and transcend industries – executives often stand out.

Billionaire founders. Fortune 1000 CEOs. Visionary leaders.

These are people whose decisions affect nations, industries, and generations.

They’re a joy to work with – not just because they bring deep pockets, but because they also bring deep stories.

Stories of innovation, failure, redemption, grit, and growth.

Stories that need to be told.

So yes, when it comes to 1-on-1 book coaching, I only work with executives.

Who I actually work with

I work with C-Suites executives but that’s just one side of the bookshelf.

The other side?

Every person has a story.

And as Maya Angelou famously said, “There is no greater burden than carrying an untold story.”

That’s why I created the Book Writing Clinic (BWC) – a group coaching program for professionals serious about transforming their stories into legacy assets.

Besides, I also created Executive Book Clinic for founders in the SME space.

Over the last five years, I’ve coached more than 400 professionals and SME founders through these platforms.

But let’s be honest.

Writing a book is one thing.

Turning that book into a business, brand, or movement is quite another.

To do that, you need more than just writing skills.

You need a platform – a blog, a YouTube channel, an audience.

And more importantly, you need a mindset shift: from amateur writer to asset creator.

The world’s top author-entrepreneurs – Tony Robbins, Gary Vaynerchuk, Brendon Burchard, Dean Graziosi – don’t just write books.

Assets and ecosystems

History makers don’t just write books, they create assets and engineer ecosystems.

Their wealth isn’t just in royalties. It’s in the seven business assets they’ve built:

  1. Brand Asset
  2. Culture Asset
  3. Market Asset
  4. Product Asset
  5. Systems Asset
  6. Funding Asset
  7. Intellectual Property Asset

And yes, it all started with a book.

This is exactly what I teach inside my advanced program, Internet Business Mastery Course (iBMC), taken by 80% of BWC alumni.

So… do I only coach executives?

You tell me.

What if your book was the first step toward building a business around your brilliance?
