I have 5,500 friends on WhatsApp and my newsletter on Substack added a lot of new subscribers recently.
So I wanted to re-introduce myself.
I’m Paul.

I retired from my job and started Vision & Talent 15 years ago.
I added book coaching 10 years ago and digital marketing 5 years ago and have since trained 10,000+.
I built a small, engaged audience of 2,000+ people (including 750+ BWC and iBMC members, founders and C-Suite executives) from zero.
They liked my books, content and courses and asked me to help them with theirs.
We got amazing results.
It led to me working with great founders and executives like Ben Ofungwu Sr., Dr. Eniayewun Ademuyiwa Benjamin, Dr. Ernest Azudialu Obiejesi, Senator Asuquo Ekpenyong Jr., and Mfon Udom.
With fellow consultants and academics building personal brands like Joel Omeike, Phil Maduagwu, Fayo Williams, Pearl Kanu, Prof. Lere Baale, Prof. Paul Udofot and Prof. Olusola Oyewole.
We wrote more great books and contents.
Developed growth frameworks and processes.

I found my calling doing this.

Amazing what one can achieve when no one bothers who gets the glory. Training hundreds of Lagos State’s medical practitioners so eager to learn gives me undiluted joy.
Nigerians are amazing people and if anything defines us, it’s learning. However, learning without execution is just hobby. So, in 2026, let’s put fire to the action. Let’s write more books and make more money at the back end. To make more money, you must be willing to spend a little money – join a paid community, buy books, courses, and engage a coach. And choose your coach, book, courses and community carefully.
