This private letter to BWC & iBMC Alumni Members Worldwide provides a review of 2024 and looks ahead to 2025. I request all BWC & iBMC Alumni Members wherever you’re in the world to spare a few minutes and read.
A very beautiful morning, afternoon or evening to BWC and iBMC Members wherever you’re in the world.
Christmas is 15 days away and the New Year is 21 days away, so it’s in order I wish each and every alumni member a Very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year – in advance. May the New Year bring each and every one of us unparalleled success.
The keys to success in creating a digital expert empire are foresight, hard work, determination, perseverance, focus on goal, consistent execution, sound strategy, and God’s grace. If we have all these in abundance nothing can stop us.
A few members disappeared into thin air never to be heard from again after attending BWC or iBMC but the majority are in the Group pushing to the front. I salute each and every one.
As we push ahead, let’s remember Les Brown’s stoic quote, “It’s not over until you win.” Let’s add Alex Hormozi’s admonition, “If you think small, you’ll always stay small”, and cap with Tom Peters warning, “You can’t shrink to greatness.”

Congratulations to all and sundry. We’re all winners. You can never defeat a person who never stops fighting. Deciding who to recognize is like picking a pin out of a haystack; so if you missed making the cut this year, know that 2025 and more years are still ahead.
Ahead 2025
Let’s all make 2025 our year. That means we’ll all come out boldly and do whatever it takes to achieve the goals we have variously set for ourselves. Only you know your goal. Make it bold and go all in to achieve it.
Creating massive impact and reaching your top goal is not about the economy, but about the skillset you bring to the table. Keep topping up your skillset, and the best place to test your skills is the market place. A guru once said, “The best teacher about markets is the market itself. Learn from the market by putting your product out in the market.”
That’s why it’s very important you publish your books and launch your digital products if you really wish to scale. And scaling is not a walk through a park because competition is fierce. To scale you must have customers and to get customers you must first generate leads. Generating quality leads is a fine balancing act between the quantity and quality of the content you produce. As you produce, seek feedback.
In summary, the New Year will be very challenging. To make it less challenging we must continue to up-skill. Not only must we broaden and deepen our skills, we must be strategic. The long run goal is financial independence.
To gain total financial independence, we must master marketing and selling. And to sell we must have customers. Indeed, not just customer, but superfans. To have customers we must have leads. To have leads we must have a list. The bigger the list, the higher the chances of getting paying customers. So, focus on leads generation and not selling because people don’t buy from strangers. Once you master how to generate leads through marketing, selling will take care of itself.
Here are a few things to consider in addition to prayers:
- Revisit your website and make it a lead capture magnet.
- Revisit your SM channels and make them lead generating hubs.
- Generate regular long form contents structured to capture leads.
- Gradually move away from quantity to quality to attract quality prospects.
- Reach out to quality leads, nurture and convert promising ones to clients.
- Rinse, review, repeat, and automate, building the business on excellence.
- Have in your corner a coach and a mentor to guide and direct your path.
Learning Plan for 2025
For 2025, we will be holding focused Workshops every two weeks to tackle specific topics. The first Workshop will kick off on Saturday, 11 January, 2025, and every two weeks thereafter, at 8.30 am, lasting one hour and thirty minutes. Monthly timetable will be circulated.
Pick yourself up when you fall because nobody will pick you up otherwise you’ll be trampled upon. Yes, you can’t lose if you don’t stop fighting.
Once again, wishing you a Very Merry Christmas and a Prosperous New Year.
