No book, no voice, no platform, to published author

This is the Dr. Eniayewun story – no book, no voice and no platform to a published author.

The seed was sown in 2019.

I didn’t know Dr. Eniayewun Ademuyiwa Benjamin back then.

But in 2024 I sat down with Dr. Eniayewun to talk about his book.

On July 8, 2025 the legacy book, TRANSFORMING, was launched.

And Lagos State literally came to a standstill.

The governor, First Lady, and Obas came.

The chief launcher, a scion of the legendary Ogunsanya family.

Friends in US, Canada, Europe and Nigeria watched the live streaming.

Beware.

People are watching you.

Your every move counts.

So, always put your best foot forward.

This is how it happened.

In 2019, I was invited to speak at a workshop that Lagos State Health Commission organized.

Over 500 healthcare professionals participated.

In the audience was a lady who saw me – but I didn’t see her.

She would later lead me to Dr. Eniayewun.

Typical of my presentations, I urged the attendees to write books and amplify their IP.

About 40% of the attendees bought my book, Bridges.

The lady was among those who bought.

She would later give her copy to Dr. Eniayewun.

That led to another invitation to speak on “customer-centricity” in October, 2024.

Dr. Eniayewun was the special guest of honour.

In December, 2024 Vision & Talent Press signed a contract to publish Dr. Eniayewun’s book.

Behind the scenes, we:
·      Analyzed before and after photos
·      Reviewed policy documents
·      Brainstormed ideas
·      Researched papers
·      Scrutinized data

What the data revealed was astounding – a legacy moment.

The result was TRANSFORMING: MY JOURNEY THROUGH THE LAGOS STATE HEALTH SYSTEM.

An legacy manual on management operations, leadership and health policy implementation.

The book confirms what we believe in – one person can:
·       Make a difference
·       Create outsized impact
·       Touch millions of human lives.

Lee Kwan Yew did it in Singapore.

On 8th July, 2025, the people of Lagos State came to honour Dr. Eniayewun.

Peers, seniors, and juniors alike refer to Dr. Eniayewun as an unsung hero.

Here is what Dr. (Mrs). Oluyemi Taiwo, the MD/CEO Orile-Agege General Hospital wrote:

“I celebrate a truly exemplary leader.
I have had the honour of working under your visionary leadership.

Your tenure has been marked by excellence, discipline, and a sincere
commitment to strengthening healthcare delivery in Lagos State.

Your legacy is one of service — not only to systems and institutions,
but to the people whose lives have been touched.

You have inspired a whole generation of healthcare professionals
with your clarity of purpose, unwavering work ethic,
and calm resolve in the face of challenges.

Lagos State is proud of you, and so are we.”
