Yes you heard me right, make 2022 your year.
You ask, how do I make 2022 my year?
This is how you can do it: by learning how the internet works and how you can monetize all you know.
You may say, but Paul, I don’t know anything.
Well, you do.
If you have finished secondary school, you know more than those still in primary and secondary school.
Let’s look at the various thing that you can do.
You can deliver legal services to your target audience anywhere in the world if you’re a lawyer for instance.
You can deliver services as a nurse if you’re one; same with estate agent or medical doctor.
Today there are no geographic boundaries to what you can do.
It all begins with understanding the basics how the internet or online business works.
Start learning the basics like building an audience, creating products and monetizing your effort.
Some gurus have an acronym for this.
They refer to the process as ATM, which stands for: Audience. Trust. Monetize.
All you need is a laptop and 2-3 hours per day.
Learning doesn’t disturb you from doing your NYSC or going to work or taking care of your baby or loving your spouse or attending your community meetings or church or living your normal life.
However, learning positions you to master the future that changes by the day.
Take the case of Godwin Benson, Tuteria’s co-founder. While in secondary school, he was contracted by a neighbour to teach his son maths for N5K but the man reneged to pay.

Also, take the case of Gloria Atanmo. At the age of 11 she started attending seminars to learn about the internet, as she said, out of curiosity. At 17 she bought a one-way ticket to the UK from Atlanta, with only $500 in her pocket. Before long she started writing blog posts on how to live a frugal lifestyle and travel round the world on a low budget. Today she is a global ambassador for five-star tourism companies, cruise ships, hotels, restaurants, countries seeking to promote tourism and so on. And finally, take the case of Blossom right here in Lagos. While in secondary school she started learning about affiliate marketing (one of the ways you can make money online) and at the last count has earned about N100K marketing other people’s products. She is just 19 and learning day and night. Blossom recounted her exploits at “iBMC Live” recently, and guess how much she paid to attend the event: N25K (about $45 depending on which exchange rate you use).
What you can do online is limited only by your creativity and passion.
So if you think you know nothing, think again.
Don’t forget you have skills, talents, knowledge, wisdom, experience, and passion.
All you have to do is share all you know with your target audience and you’re on your way to owning 2022.
But it starts with learning, understanding the basics and taking action.
The most important thing is to leave your comfort zone, keep your ego aside and start.
So find a good teacher near you or online and start learning today.
