Want to write a book? Don’t overthink book writing. Use these 4 ways to become an author.

People see a book like Atomic Habits (25m+ copies sold) and they go, huh, how did he do it?

Or $100M Money Models with 3m copies sold within 72 hours and they say, I can never do that!

As a new writer, you shouldn’t compare yourself to best-selling authors.

That would be like a start-up comparing itself to a behemoth like Amazon or Wal-Mart.

You can aspire to be a best-selling author (someday) but don’t compare yourself to James Clear or Alex Hormozi (from day one).

Those experts have perfected their craft.

Besides, you don’t know where they are coming from

For instance, Alex Hormozi’s first book, Gym Launch, flopped.

So, here are 4 ways to get started and become a published author, fast:

1. Repurpose What You’ve Written Before
This is the easiest way to become an author.

You’ve written something before.
Repurpose it into a book.
It must be a subject you know inside out.
That’s exactly how I wrote my first book.
(Credit Appraisal & Procedure Handbook).

I repurposed a credit memo I wrote into a credit booklet.
It’s a very ‘niche’ book – with a clear audience and purpose.

That first flimsy 58-page booklet gave me the confidence to write the 2nd and the 3rd and the 8th.

You have to start somewhere.

Take an existing topic and flip it on its head

This was the approach James Clear adopted.
Before Atomic Habits, the dominant book on habits was 7 habits.
7 Habits was broad and generic.
James Clear’s Atomic Habits went the opposite direction.
Focused and specific.
What to do day-by-day to pin down habits (Atomic).
Both books have sold over 50 million copies combined.

Write on a popular topic with your own story

No topic in the world is more popular than ‘how to be rich’.

How to be rich. How to be popular. How to make money.
Any book in this genre is bound to be an instant winner.

Books in this genre have a long history:

(1859) Self-Help by Samuel Smiles

(1890) Acres of Diamond by Russell Conwell

(1926) The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clason

(1936) How to Make Friends and Influence People

(1937) Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

(1965) How to be Rich J. Paul Getty

Self-help is the most crowded genre in the book industry.

But that fact did not stop Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter.

Their 1997 book, Rich Dad Poor Dad, became a run-away best-seller.

(with 40m+ copies sold worldwide).

Write on a niche topic that you’ve mastered (Expertise)

The top experts here are Stephen Pressfield. Russell Brunson. Daniel Priestly.
In recent years Daniel Priestley has emerged a top voice in the area.

All his books are super niche:

24 Assets

Oversubscribed

Scorecard Marketing

Key Person of Influence

Lifestyle Business Playbook

Alex Hormozi, the current Guinness World Record holder, for the fastest selling non-fiction book is in a class of his own.

His books have sold 5m copies combined:

$100M OFFERS

$100M LEADS

$100M MONEY MODELS

All are super niche.

So, get started today.

Stop scratching your head waiting for lightning to strike.

Pull out a doc you wrote yesterday and repurpose into a book.

That’s it.

You’re a published author.

Want to press ahead and become a published author in 2026?

Book Writing Clinic (BWC) has taught more people than all other programs combined on how to turn their ideas into a book worth reading. Like Helen Majemite and Joel Omeike.

With Prof. Lere Baale, CEO BSNN

Can you believe it, someone asked me yesterday, what is BWC?

And I’ve been ranting, flexing, talking, crying, teaching and writing about BWC for over a decade?

And this guy sends me a WhatsApp message asking, “What is BWC?”

Goes to show that people need to be reminded a hundred times about your inventions, programs, courses, pov, movement.

People are distracted and lost in their own concerns and thoughts.

No reminder. No dice.

According to Google, you need 11 touch points for someone to become a customer.
(Remember Google’s “7-11-4” Rule?

And the RULE was enacted more than one and half decades ago. (2011).

So with AI with global “noisification”, how many touchpoints do you think you need?

10 x 10 x 11. (Remember that and quote me).

Okay, BWC stands for Book Writing Clinic.

I founded BWC in 2015 and now its a movement to create 100 million authors all over Africa to stop

making the African continent a laughing stock. That’s it.

For you, BWC is a short course to help you write books.

More than that, BWC is to help you grow your IP (intellectual prop) and build your Expert Empire.
(Like the masters: Alex Hormozi, Daniel Priestley, Steven Bartlett).

BWC and its sister programs – BWC Intensive, Executive Book Roundtable and Internet Business Mastery –

have graduated more than 1,000.

BWC distills the book business into its essence and delivers it to you on a platter – the golden type.

I go out of my way to support you until you write and publish your book.

Not only will you learn how to write, package, publish and market your book.

You’ll also learn how to package yourself so you become an attractive personal brand.

BWC is a community and you’ll join once you attend the Clinic.

Steven Bartlett, Founder DOAC YT Channel (15m Followers)

As author, the best thing you can do for your book is to build your author platform.

You have to start building your author platform before you write a single word.

This is why.

Your author platform is what puts you out there:

As someone people should listen to

Take your opinion seriously

Read whatever you write

(SM. Website. OPS. Newsletters. Books. etc.).

Building your author platform is the “only” way today to give your book a fighting chance.

You don’t have to be a loud TikToker.

You just have to be an authority (in something – your niche).

Of course if you can TikTok, the better.

Seth Godin understood this earlier than most other authors.

He’s been blogging since 1999 (25 years).

You were not born then or too young to care?

Steven Bartlett was 7 years in 1999.

He started “dabbling” into social media at 17.

(MySpace. Yahoo!, etc.)

He was inspired by Set Godin.

Today Steven has 30.74m followers across social media platforms.

So, his books become multiple best-sellers immediately they are released.

Because you need to sell just 5,000 copies within 7 days across different markets.

(For your book to become a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The UK Times best-seller).

With 30,740,000 followers, even if 1% buy your book… you can complete the sentence.

If you’re one of the 450 plus BWC alumni, you can ignore everything I’ve ever taught you before about book writing.

But please don’t ignore what you’re reading (now from me) about author platform.

Start building one as if your life depended on it.

Because it does.

Else, your book will become a door stopper.

Get on with it: build your LinkedIn, Instagram, X and FB platforms.

(But start with one – divide and conquer).

Invite my agency (Vision & Talent Media) to help you.

I’ve just finished reading The Diary of a CEO by Steven Bartlett.

It became the fastest-selling personal development book since records began,

hit the #1 spot on the Sunday Times bestseller list, and is a Wall Street Journal bestseller.

(DID YOU READ THAT?)

Let it sink in.

I wrote my best-selling book Bridges to the Customer’s Heart in 2009.

I did zilch about my author platform.

(I was doing 9-5; you’re to be seen, not to be heard).

Because of that book they sacked me from work in 2010. (That’s a story for another day).

I started BWC (Book Writing Clinic) in 2015.

I talked about book marketing in generic terms.

Knowing what I know now, marketing should be on the front burner – before starting your manuscript.

I discovered that selling a book is 10 times harder than writing one.

That’s why we must put building our author platforms as the #1 priority.

Jump onto Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.

Post daily even if you get ignored.

Just continue pressing ahead as I’m doing.

Even Alex Hormozi (11.55m followers), Ali Abdaal (8.6m) and Seth Godin (1.1m) started somewhere.

So, what are you doing about your author platform?

When are you going to start building one?

If you’re wondering where and how to start, consider joining iBMC (Internet Business Mastery Course).

Also consider Online Course Creators Community For Newbies And Advanced Beginners.

It’s a Facebook group I created in 2020.

It’s set to hit 28,000 members. Join by following this link.

Also consider learning book writing by registering for Book Writing Clinic (BWC) by me, Paul Uduk.

You see, followers without a product to sell at the backend is a waste of time.

Steven Bartlett became a multi-millionaire by creating products he sold to his followers.

BWC for Quarter One is billed for Saturday 7 March, at 7.30am. It’s to be organized as a hybrid.

Whether you’re a BWC member published author or aspiring to get your first book off the ground, I invite you to attend.

Since I started BWC in 2015, a lot have changed. I’ll be hammering on sales strategies.

And how to build an author platform.

If you live around the Lagos area, there will be a physical Meet-Up in Victoria Island on 14 March.

(The virtual class is on 7 March).

It’s a paid course.

Fee is N45K for the virtual class and face-to-face Meet-Up.

To attend the Meet-Up, you must attend the virtual workshop. No exemption.

If you’re attending only the virtual BWC, fee is N35K or its equivalent in USD.

If you want to attend BWC plus Meet-UP in Victoria Island pay here.

If you want to attend BWC virtual only pay here.

Don’t miss BWC plus Meet-Up in V/I.

Because without a book, social security, life insurance, life is tough.

By the way Steven Bartlett is half Nigerian.

Catch you in class on 7 March.

The post The best thing you can do is to Build Your Author Platform first appeared on Official website of Paul Uduk.

The Japanese were snatching markets in major industries from the Americans and Europeans.

The Americans fought back with Malcolm Baldridge Quality Awards.

In 1982 Tom Peters and Robert Waterman Jr. released In Search of Excellence.

In Search was quickly followed by Passion for Excellence and Thriving on Chaos.

The books set the world on fire.

I became a convert.

At the time Tom wrote In Search, he was a staff of McKinsey.

McKinsey formulated the 7-S Framework (The Happy Atom).

Not to be outdone, PwC, BCG, Accenture jumped into the fray with their frameworks.

I started teaching “Service Excellence”, Organized workshops and executive roundtables.

Within a few years, I became a customer service guru.

My students “pleaded” I write a book and ignite a revolution.

The revolution didn’t take off but I wrote Bridges to the Customer’s Heart.

I was working full time, so it took more than five years to complete.

But I was scared I didn’t belong to McKinsey, Accenture, BCG.

I didn’t believe in myself.

Who needed another book on customer service?

Who even knows you?

The doubting voices kept humming.

Imposter syndrome fueled procrastination which fueled perfectionism.

So, I left the manuscript in my drawer for at least three years.

A trip to Canada and a meeting with Author House book acquisition expert saved the day.

Bridges took me to places I never could imagine when I started writing it.

Founders and C-Suite executives threw their doors open.

Private jets and helicopters were dispatched to pick “the author” and “motivational speaker”.

I spoke with founders on golf courses and keynoted retreats.

Do you have a passion for something?

Write about it. Today. Don’t wait.

Friday night out with friends (Heineken hour)

I worked 9 – 5 for more than 25 years and now learning how to build business online.

While doing 9 – 5, I failed uncountable number of times.

For 7+ years with goverment, no promotion – I didn’t belong.

But I loved my job and poured my heart into it.

I worked with some of the poorest peasant farmers in Sokoto State.

(now Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara).

They taught me a lesson in resiliency and hope.

Though I was stagnating, I was adding value to myself.

(Borrowed books from The British Council). Got ACIB. MBA

Along the way, something clicked and I finally crossed over to the private sector.

Nigeria’s most innovative bank at the time.

I was in my game – as the training arrowhead.

Today:

I own a house.
I have children.
(+Grand children)
I understand love.
I wake up at 5:00am.
I know how to say yes.
I have a bedtime routine.
I know what my end goal is.
I take 10,000 steps every day.
I do free training every month.

I always have a plan…I follow it.
I traveled to 35 countries of the world.
I know how much I’ll earn next month.
I read 10 books unfailingly every month.
I say yes to interesting meetings with C-Suite execs.
I feel comfortable calling myself “Book Connoisseur”
I became friends with founders and multimillionaires.

I read Alex Hormozi’s and Gary Vee’s best-selling books.

I learned digital marketing and started making money online.
I know where I’ll be next year and the year after and the year after.

When I’m 80 years old I know my life will be 100 times better than I imagined when I left my small village of Anua.

(Uyo, Akwa Ibom State).

And in many ways, it’s getting even better.

Because I am…
– Happy.
– Contented
– Fit and healthy.
– Financially free (almost).

And more importantly,
I have more than 20,000 ex-students and about 1000+ call me “The Coach”.

This is my word for you:
1. Ignore 99.99% of what people tell you.
2. Build the life that makes YOU happy today.
3. Not the life others think you should have tomorrow.

Follow no one, not even me, follow your heart.

Because only God knows what’s best for you.

The post I worked 9 – 5 for 25+ years (now Building Business Online) first appeared on Official website of Paul Uduk.

The First CEO I Ghostwrote For and What Surprised Me

When I first ghostwrote for a CEO, I expected complexity.
I prepared for jargon, hierarchy, and endless corporate layers.

Instead, something else surprised me entirely.

What I encountered was not a lack of intelligence.
Rather, it was a struggle with structure.

The Structure Gap Most Leaders Face

Despite decades of leadership experience, boardroom influence, and global exposure, this CEO struggled to structure his own story.
That struggle did not co

me from confusion.
It came from the nature of le

adership itself.

Leadership is lived in action, not written in paragraphs.
Executives think in decisions, frameworks, numbers, and people.
However, books demand something different.

They require narrative.
They demand sequence.

More importantly, they call for reflection and coherence.

As a result, many leaders who can run global organizations find it difficult to organize their own journey on paper.
Not because they lack substance, but because their experience was never designed for storytelling.

The Moment That Changed Everything

During one working session, he paused.
Then he said something I will never forget.

“Paul, you helped me understand my own journey better. I didn’t realize how much I’ve lived.”

In that moment, the real gap became obvious.
Leaders carry entire libraries of wisdom internally.

Yet, very few organize any of it externally.

Although experience accumulates naturally, meaning does not.
Without structure, insight remains scattered.
Without documentation, wisdom stays hidden.

That single conversation later became the foundation of my Executive Legacy Blueprint, which now helps leaders turn lived experience into clear intellectual assets.
You can explore how that framework works through the Book Writing Clinic.

The Real Problem With Executive Experience

Experience alone is not the issue.
Unstructured experience is.

Many executives assume their legacy is obvious.
Unfortunately, clarity rarely survives silence.

Ghostwriting, therefore, is not about writing for leaders.
Instead, it is about helping leaders make sense of a lifetime.
It is about extracting patterns, naming lessons, and arranging insights into something others can learn from.

According to research published by Harvard Business Review, leaders who articulate their thinking clearly increase both influence and organizational alignment.
Writing, when done well, becomes a leadership multiplier rather than a personal exercise.
You can read more about this relationship between leadership and narrative on Harvard Business Review.

Why This Matters More Than Ever

Today’s leaders operate in fast-moving environments.
Decisions happen quickly.
Lessons are learned silently.

However, industries do not evolve on instinct alone.
They evolve when leaders slow down enough to document what works.

A book does not just preserve memory.
It creates reference points.
It turns lived experience into public infrastructure.

That is why documenting leadership is no longer optional.
It is a responsibility.

A Question Worth Sitting With

If someone tried documenting your journey today, how easily would they find the story worth preserving?
Would your insights appear organized or scattered?
Would your lessons be obvious or buried?

More importantly, when will you take control of that narrative?

If you are ready to start that conversation, then let’s talk.
The fastest way to preserve your legacy is through your book.

Join the Legacy Book Accelerator Program and begin structuring what you already know.
I’m Paul Uduk, and through the Book Writing Clinic, I want us to master book writing and become authors in 2026 through a clear, practical process.

Your experience already matters.
Now it is time to organize it.

The post The First CEO I Ghostwrote For and What Surprised Me first appeared on Official website of Paul Uduk.

When Jim Ovia published Africa Rise & Shine, he didn’t just release another founder’s memoir.

He documented a philosophy.

That single decision transformed the book into something far more enduring than a personal success story. It became a reference point for African banking. A blueprint for leadership. A manual for how African enterprises can scale, compete globally, and still retain their identity.

Today, it is impossible to have a serious conversation about modern Nigerian banking without touching ideas that Ovia articulated – either directly or indirectly – in that book.

More Than a Founder’s Story

Africa Rise & Shine did three critical things.

First, it reframed Nigeria’s banking evolution. Rather than portraying growth as accidental or luck-driven, Ovia showed the deliberate thinking, discipline, and long-term vision behind Zenith Bank’s rise.

Second, it captured the birth of a global African brand. The book documented how local relevance and global standards can coexist – an idea many African businesses still struggle to reconcile.

Third, it became a leadership manual. Thousands of professionals, founders, and executives didn’t read it for entertainment. They studied it to understand decision-making, risk, governance, and institutional culture.

Why the Book Was So Powerful

The strength of the book lies in what Ovia chose to document.

He didn’t merely list milestones or achievements.
He documented philosophy.
He explained strategy.
He articulated a way of thinking.

That distinction matters.

Facts age. Philosophy endures.

By focusing on principles rather than events, Ovia ensured that the book would outlive his tenure as CEO and remain relevant to leaders who would never work in his organization.

More importantly, he demonstrated what becomes possible when African executives own their narratives instead of allowing others -consultants, analysts, or foreign observers – to define them.

The Quiet Confidence of Leadership

My first close encounter with Jim Ovia remains vivid.

He was still the MD/CEO of Zenith Bank at the time. The venue was the Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria Annual Lecture at Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

He arrived alone.

No sirens.
No bodyguards.
No fanfare.

He walked in quietly and sat among ordinary members at the end of the hall. Many attendees had no idea who had just entered. I was one of the few who recognized him and quickly alerted the organizers before he was ushered to the high table.

That same day, Mr. Ovia – now Dr. Ovia – was being inducted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

That moment revealed something books later confirmed: true leadership does not announce itself loudly. It is calm. Confident. Grounded.

He Didn’t Need to Write a Book

When Jim Ovia published Africa Rise & Shine in 2018, his estimated net worth was about $825 million.

He didn’t need a book to raise capital.
He didn’t need visibility.
He didn’t need credibility.

He could have comfortably stepped back and “enjoyed” the fruits of decades of work.

Instead, he chose to document his thinking.

That choice separates wealth from leadership.

Wealth accumulates assets.
Leadership preserves ideas.

By writing, Ovia ensured that his philosophy would remain accessible to future leaders long after boardrooms and balance sheets had changed.

The Power of Executive Books

Executive books don’t merely describe what happened.
They teach how to think.

They reveal decision-making frameworks.
They show how leaders interpret uncertainty.
They document principles that can be adapted across industries.

Across Africa, founders, CEOs, and public-sector leaders possess insights of equal depth and value. Many have built institutions under far more complex conditions than their global counterparts.

Yet too many of these stories remain undocumented.

The result is a leadership vacuum – where experience disappears when careers end.

Ovia avoided that fate by writing.

And today, his ideas continue to influence conversations about banking, governance, and African enterprise.

Your Narrative Matters

Your leadership journey holds insights that could reshape your industry.

Your strategy could become a blueprint others follow.
Your philosophy could influence the next generation of leaders.
Your mistakes could become lessons that save others years.

But only if you document them.

History does not remember executives who merely worked hard.
It remembers those who took the time to think – and document.

A Final Thought

Every serious leader eventually faces a quiet question:

What will remain after I leave the room?

Jim Ovia answered that question with a book.

Perhaps it’s time you considered yours.

As the year draws to a close, job losses quietly increase across many organizations.
For some families, December brings anxiety instead of celebration.
Layoffs have become a routine business decision, not an exception.
In many firms, removing the so-called “bottom 10 percent” is now standard practice.

This approach dates back to the 1980s at General Electric under Jack Welch’s leadership.
By the early 2000s, Nigerian companies—especially banks—had fully embraced the idea.
Performance reviews became survival tests, not development tools.
And once the numbers were drawn, emotions no longer mattered.

Sometimes, the outcome is even more brutal.
When Accenture exited Nigeria in 2013, every employee lost their job.
There was no public drama and almost no media coverage.
One of the world’s largest consulting firms simply disappeared without a whimper.

Insiders at the top knew what was coming.
They were informed well in advance and compensated generously.
The bottom third, however, received nothing close to fair treatment.
Many were not even told the firm was shutting down.
It was heartbreaking to watch professionals blindsided overnight.

In countries like Nigeria, employment still carries significant advantages.
Government controls large parts of the economy.
Infrastructure challenges make entrepreneurship harder than it looks online.
For many people, a steady job remains safer than the solopreneur route.

I know this from experience.
I spent over two decades working across banking, agribusiness, and consulting.
I have also sat on hundreds of interview panels for corporate clients.
Sometimes we interviewed twenty candidates and couldn’t recommend a single one.

The troubling pattern was always the same.
Every candidate claimed deep expertise.
Many carried impressive certifications and international credentials.
Yet practical competence was often missing.

This reality reveals a hard truth.
The person who knows what will usually get hired.
The person who understands why will eventually lead.
Certifications without practice are empty.
Practice without structure is equally dangerous.

Nigeria’s problem is worsened by certificate worship.
People climb quickly on paper qualifications alone.
Titles come fast when organizations are growing.
Weak performers often hide when momentum carries everyone forward.

But momentum does not last forever.
When organizations slow down, reality catches up.
That is when layoffs happen.
And that is when only real value survives.

So how do you stand out at work—and keep your job?

Here are seven strategies that consistently work.

Build your personal brand
You must be known for something clear and valuable.
Platforms like LinkedIn make this easier than ever.
A personal brand is not bragging.
It is how people describe you when you are not in the room.
Have a teachable point of view others can learn from.

Elevate your public speaking skills
Clear communication separates leaders from the crowd.
Public speaking builds visibility, confidence, and influence.
Those who can articulate ideas well rise faster than silent experts.

Reinvent yourself continually
Change now happens faster than most job descriptions.
Reinvention is not about chasing certificates endlessly.
It is about staying grounded and informed.
Understand adjacent industries.
Read deeply.
Be broad, but remain strategic.

Become a lynchpin
A lynchpin creates value when no rulebook exists.
They solve problems others avoid.
They go beyond job descriptions to deliver results.
You do not need rare intelligence – just ownership and initiative.

Build bridges intentionally
At senior levels, relationships influence decisions.
Visibility matters more than many people admit.
Be known by your boss, your boss’s boss, and key decision makers.
When pressure comes, familiarity often protects.

Practice humility daily
Many so-called high flyers lack humility.
Humility is not weakness or timidity.
It is knowing your limits and learning constantly.
Treat everyone with respect, especially when no one is watching.

Guard your character
Character goes beyond surface integrity.
It is who you are under pressure.
Character builds trust over time.
Without it, no one will speak for you when it matters most.

These seven traits reinforce one another.
Together, they make you resilient in uncertain times.

These ideas have worked for me.
I was once a credit risk manager, toiling away in the back office.
I had few contacts outside the bank.
I did not socialize much.
My world was small and predictable.

But today, things look very different.
The core of the people I relate with are founders and C-suite executives.
That shift did not happen by accident.
It happened by applying these principles consistently over time.

Follow these seven strategies, and they will also work for you.
They will not only help you keep your job.
They will help you remain relevant, visible, and valuable—no matter what changes.

From scattered notes to a best-selling book worth reading and shaking boardrooms in Nigeria and abroad, that’s TRANSFORMING.

When I first met Dr. Eniayewun Ademuyiwa Benjamin, I had no idea our encounter would evolve into one of the most inspiring legacy-book journeys I have ever witnessed. He was just about 18 months from retirement, yet he carried an urgency that was impossible to ignore. His ideas were powerful, but his scattered notes made it difficult to see the larger story hidden within them.

A day after my presentation at the Lagos State Health Service Commission retreat, he reached out and invited me to lunch. Unknown to me, he was the Permanent Secretary. Unknown to me, he had already read Bridges to the Customer’s Heart. And he had been searching for someone who could transform his raw notes into a book that would articulate his service, struggles, and vision.

During that lunch, he shared the mission that had shaped his life: confronting Lagos State’s broken healthcare system and pushing for transformation despite fierce resistance. This was not a man seeking praise. This was a man seeking clarity, truth, and impact. His story was too important to be lost in scattered papers and unstructured reflections.

Yet the timeline was demanding. Writing a legacy book requires rigorous research, fact-checking with multiple stakeholders, and a clear narrative framework that honors the author’s voice. Initially, I hesitated, because 18 months is a very short period for a project of such scale and national significance. But as I listened to him, I became convinced that his journey deserved to be documented for posterity.

Within 14 days of our conversation, we signed the agreement. The project became a disciplined journey of structure, interviews, verification, rewriting, and polishing. Dr. Eniayewun was not an ordinary civil servant. His background spanned an impressive range of global training programs, including the University College Hospital Ibadan, Warwick Business School’s MBA, Harvard Business School’s AMP, and several advanced medical programs across Europe and Asia.

More importantly, his courage shaped the future of healthcare in Lagos State. He challenged entrenched interests. He stood against bureaucratic pushback. Endured suspensions, queries, demotions, and character attacks while insisting on patient-centered reforms. His determination eventually earned him appointment as Permanent Secretary, where he implemented sweeping changes aligned with Lagos State’s vision for a world-class healthcare ecosystem. Download snippets of TRANSFORMING (uncensored, Free).

Eighteen months later, on July 8, 2026, we launched TRANSFORMING: My Journey Through the Lagos State Health System. The event shut down Lagos. Leaders, policymakers, and medical professionals gathered to celebrate a man whose service had shifted an entire ecosystem. The governor even broke protocol to attend as Special Guest of Honour, signaling the national importance of the work.

In the acknowledgments, Dr. Eniayewun wrote a deeply humbling line: “Immense gratitude to Paul Uduk, the main engine and driver without whom the book could not have been written.”

His journey proves a simple truth: your scattered notes can become a legacy if you decide to write.

Are you an executive carrying a story the world needs to hear? Isn’t it time to begin writing the legacy only you can leave?

Want to write your legacy book? Whether you run a Fortune 100 Global company or you’re self-made founder, I can help you. Are you a professional with a story worth sharing?
